A Central American blend — mostly Honduran with a little Guatemalan mixed in — roasted to a
medium finish so the bean’s natural caramel sweetness comes through without tipping into
bitterness. Light body, clean finish, no real surprises.
This is the one we brew as our regular drip coffee behind the counter, and it’s the one most
regulars end up taking home in a bag too. Good every-day roast for a standard drip machine.
